Refunds and cancellation policies :

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how can cancel or seek a refund for a servcies that you have purchased through the platform. Under this policy :

If cancelled or modified before 15 days in advance from the date of arrival, 100% amount will be refunded.

If cancelled or modified between 15 - 5 days in advance from the date of arrival, 50% fee of total amount will be charged.

If cancelled or modified less than 5 Days in advance from the date of arrival then the full price of the reservation will be charged.

For any long weekend like Republic Day, Holi, 22 Dec-05 Jan or any other peak, Any Cancellation received 30 days in advance, no fee will be charged, If Cancelled within 30 days 100% retention of the offered price will be applicable

Cancellation Policy (Above 5 Rooms), Any Cancellation received 30 days in advance, no fee will be charged, If Cancelled within 30 days 100% retention will be applicable.

Incase of any refunds approved by HATRIP PLANNERS PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
